A thought to be remembered

Hello friends,
Today I am not going to talk about the things that we use in nail arts or how a nail art is done, but something that is to be applicable to one and all. I would like to share a story with you all. Thing that I and everyone of you have experienced but ignore it or don't notice it at all.
Yesterday, it was my birthday and as I am a nail art freak, my sister gifted me this beautiful set of nail paints ( as you can see in the picture). Aren't the colours are so pretty?!!

I wanted to try them all. Try them at once. So the next morning when I woke up, I had the previous nail art on an I was too lazy to remove it. It was a dilemma!! So what I did was this, try them all at once. Crazy it is, I know (the picture says it all).

Then I looked at it, a thought came into my mind that, this looks so messy and bad. It is not even A nail art. Not even an applicable of proper nail paint, but there is one thing to consider and that it I had fun doing this, looking at it make me smile and all I learned is, sometimes we should do this out of our way, maybe that won't look  good for others but it will look the best for you. It may not be the best thing that we have done but craziest and something to cherish. I don't say that don't do your work instead I would say do your work with the same dedication as always but have some time for yourself, for the craziness, for the child in you. Remember, one thing that can make you happy, is you and your space.
I hope that this wasn't something redundant or irrelavent for you. Sorry if I had wasted your time with no intentions of doing so.
I hope you have a great life. Enjoy the little things and do good fot people.
Thank you.

Now coming tot the nail art stuffs, please stay tuned for a nail art coming soon. Till then, keep following.

12 Tips and Tricks for Nail Arts

Here are some tips and tricks that will help you to beautify your nails and have a perfect finished look.

Following are some 12 nail art tips and tricks:

1. Always use a base nail paint to protect your nails from any damage. It also help you to remove your nail paint easily.

2. Use a top transparent layer on your nail art to last it longer and also gives your nail art a smooth effect.

3. While using a light colour nail paint, paint your nails white first to have a brighter effect.

4. Use white nail paint on your nails first to get the same exact colour. Because white nail paints gives a nude colour to your nails.

5. For removing a sparkle nail paint keep the cotton dipped in acetone on your nails for sometime instead of rubbing it on your nails. This will help in removing the sparkle nail polish easily.

6. Use ear buds for removing nail paint on your skin near your nail.

7. You can use toothpicks to draw flowers on your nails or any other design if you don't have tools.

8.  File your nails on regular bases to prevent them from breaking.

9. For applying another layer of nail paint, let the first court to settle, else it will ruin your nail art.

10. Never be in a hurry while doing nail art or dropping a design on your nails. Have patience, It will come out good.

11, To dry your nails real quick, use a dryer placed at a distance from your nails.

12. If you don't have a nail glue to stick stickers/stones on your nails, use the same nail paint as glue- the one which you had used as top/base nail paint on your nails.

I hope these tips and tricks were helpful for you.

6. Colour strokes nail art

Hello guys!
So sorry for such a delay.
Here is the new nail art. A nail art so simple and fun to do.
Lets quickly have a look on the steps!!

COLOUR STROKES!

Following are the steps to wear this nail art:

1. Remove the previous paint by cleaning the nail paint with thinner/ nail paint remover/ acetone.

2. Apply a layer of transparent nail paint as a nail protector so as to protect our nails from damage of colour. (Important to note)

3. Apply 2 layers of white nail paint.
Note: Two layers are must because one layer will not be as thick and clean as we net it to be. White nail paint is the perfect colour for your coloured nail paints to have more effect.

4. Wait for some time to let it dry. (another layer on wet nail paint could remove the layer below)

5. Choose your favourite colours and make horizontal strokes of each colour one by one as you can see in the picture.
Note:  You can either use a toothpick or a nail art rush for this.

7. After the nail art is done, let it dry and put a thick layer of the same transparent nail paint on ur nails to safeguard your art.

8. Remove the paint on side skin with earbuds dipped in nail paint remover for final finishing. ( Please avoid the nail paint on my skin)

9. Your nails are beautiful than ever!

Colour colour which colour do you want..Part 3

Hello guy!
In the last two parts you have seen the most used colours and their combinations. If not have a look at the previous posts at: Part1 and Part2 .
Now, we will see which colours suits the best to every skin tone. It is not like you cannot wear the colours if you like them. I am just hear to prevent you confusions,.

1. White skin tone

Nail paint colours which are bright suits them best.
Dark colours gives skin tone an enhancement in the looks.
Black, tomato red and white goes well too.
Light colours looks cute.

2. Brown skin tone

Nail paints which are bright differs with the shade of the skin tone. More the skin is brown less the use of bright colours.
Dark colours don't go well (I am brown and so have experienced it)
Black looks really good. Bright Red goes the best.
Light colours like pink enhance their skin tone. More the shade of the skin tone, less the brightness of pink.

3. Black skin tone

Nail paints which are bright doesn't suit well.
Dark colours looks best and elegant on them.
Black too. Avoid white. Blood red looks gorgeous.
Don't go for light colours making the skin look old.

P.S: I am not trying to be racist. These are some of the suggestions from my side. Wearing other colours depends on the choices.
All of this was based on my experience. If you have more suggestions, please comment and let me know about it.
You can mail your doubts and reviews to jyotsna.j.oberai137@gmail.com

Reply to Query

Some of the followers asked for step by step pictures or video of the nail arts. I have taken a note of it. Well, many of my arts are as 2 years old. I was a beginner then. I didn't know that someday I would be writing a blog about my hobby! Hence many nail arts will be without stepwise pictures/video. I extremely apologize for the discomfort faced by the users. But I try my best to write the descriptions as simple and clear as possible. I will upload source images/ videos for better understanding of the viewers. From now, I will start to take pictures for each step for my nail arts lately done, and will, post them soon.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Colour colour which colour do you want..Part 2

Hello Friends!
In the last post, we have seen the most used colours for nail arts: Colour colour which colour do you want..Part 1
You can see all other posts in the right hand corner of the blog.
Today we will see which colours complement each other and can be combined for attractive and elegant nail arts. Whenever we go for a nail art all we are confused about is which colours should we go for or which colour do we want or how to use these colours and many more..
Let us see how!

1. Bright colours (Neon):

Bright colours always go together. Never use dark colours with these colours. White colour is always well put with these colours. Don't use black with them as it overcomes the colour effect created by bright colours. But black can be used as a base for these colours so as white.
Use black and/or white only for bright colours.
Use only bright colours for nailarts.
For example:

2. White and black:

No colour complements each other in a way as black and white. Only the use of these two colours completes your nail art.
Use bright and/or white colour with black.
Use bright and/or black colour with white.
For example:

3. Light colours:

Light colours are very well used in nail arts. Using sparkle/stones on them give them a really bright effect. Black is not used frequently with them but white is. Pink looks the most elegant one.
Use light colours with light colours and/or white colour.
Give them sparkle effect.
For example:

4. Dark colours:

Dark colours are either are used as it is or with black. Stones and sparkles are used but not in much amount.
Use dark with dark colour only.
Use sparkle and/stones in limited amount.
For example:

All of this was based on my experience. If you have more suggestions, please comment and let me know about it.
